 Act Six Spokane is now a Program under Ready 2 Serve Ministries as of July 1, 2011. Ready 2 Serve Ministries has partnered with the Northwest Leadership Foundation and will now be hosting Act Six Spokane. We are excited for this new adventure and definitely our support of such a unique and promising Program.
For more information on Act Six just click here  Oscar Harris, Spokane Director Oscar has been committed to loving and serving Spokane since relocating to the city from Arkansas more than 15 years ago. A counselor, founder of a downtown homeless ministry, mentor, bass fisherman and radio dj, Oscar has worked in a wide range of organizations across the city, including Spokane Public Schools as an advocate for ESL students and families. He earned a B.A. in history, was selected as a McNair scholar and recently finished a Masters in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, all while working full time and raising a family.
With a passion for education and community, a gift for listening and learning, and a deep commitment to the mission of Act Six, Oscar leads recruitment, selection and training of Spokane scholars.
